Any person who has experienced a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, has repented and been baptized as a believer ,and is committed to actively following Jesus Christ in discipleship may request church membership. If you have not become a follower of Christ and would like to know how to become one we have people who would gladly talk to you about it. Church membership is the formal relationship between those who have made a commitment to Christ and a local church. It is the means by which one is discipled and nourished and led into the blessings of God. It is an agreement in which the church takes the responsibility to shepherd and watch over the soul of the member.

It is an agreement in which the individual joins himself to the body and embraces it purposes and its directions as governed by the Word of God. The benefit of this agreement is mutual, the church benefits as the Lord provides more people to carry out his plan on earth, and the church member benefits by growing in wisdom and knowledge and using his gifts for the glory of God. The Bible says when a person has expressed faith in Christ, he becomes apart of the body of Christ. He is then qualified to become a member of a local church. Through prayer and the leading of God he comes to a local assembly that he identifies with and joins with that assembly to see God’s will accomplished in his life.
