Pastor Mike has pastored Washington Street Church of God, Gary Indiana for 18 years. He has been married to wife Katie for 17 years. He and Minister Katie both are committed to furthering God’s Kingdom together. Between them they have 6 children. Pastor Mike graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science degree and received a MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
He loves the Word of God and preaches in a way that brings the Word of God to life. Pastor Mike began his ministry as a Youth Minister and young people continue to be an important part of his life. Pastor Mike's philosophy as it relates to ministry is, to allow God to be glorified through your gifts, depend on the Word of God and the Spirit of God to break yokes and change lives. He says, “This is my hope for our time together, that God will be present in power and glory and that lives will be changed forever.”
